Q.LEAP Institute of Training & Research (Q.LEAP ITR) was founded with a bold commitment — to redefine learning through leadership, ethics, and human capacity development. Rooted in Bangladesh with a global mission, we began building a platform to shape the next generation of responsible, competent, and visionary leaders.

In our second year, Q.LEAP established five core platforms — Advanced Professional Training, Skilled Worker Training, Sports Training, Ethics & Religion Training, and Research Training. Each platform connected knowledge to real-world leadership, setting new benchmarks in learning excellence.

In 2025, Q.LEAP expanded its influence through strategic collaborations with international organizations and academic partners. Our research and leadership programs aligned with global development goals, earning recognition for advancing education, innovation, and capacity excellence.

Q.LEAP is set to introduce its Digital Transformation Initiative — integrating technology-driven learning, youth innovation labs, and leadership simulations. The focus will be on preparing professionals for Industry 5.0 and building global competency through hybrid learning experiences.
